"There was an issue and Brett’s office was on top of it the whole time and fought for me the entire time. We finally thought everything was figured out and then the last second said I was didn’t have coverage. Within the hour Brett had the issue revolved and messaged saying I could get my windshield replaced."

"I have always had prompt spot on service, I have 0 complaints about $ as well. Everyone see's their insurance going up,I haven't experienced that either. In fact it just went down. I told my friend and she is hard to impress but she's been having alot of issues with a company she's had for 10 years. She finally called Brett Wheeler state farm spoke with CarolAnn and is still raving about the 800$ a year savings and amazing communication (her words)
